Sealed Housing Evaporative Determination (SHED) Testing

We offer diverse SHED capacities, from micro to larger sizes, equipped with independent Flame Ionization Detectors (FIDs) and HVAC systems to prevent cross-contamination. Our testing includes both diurnal and isothermal conditions, with data captured second-by-second through custom software designed for optimal flexibility and accuracy.

Carbon Canister Testing

Our facility features 16 independent testing stations, providing comprehensive ORVR SHED and stand testing capabilities. These tests replicate real-life conditions using a pull versus push method, fully automated with vapor delivery systems.

ORVR Testing

We possess ORVR capabilities with three independent SHEDs, including macro and two microSHEDs, designed to handle extreme temperature scenarios, crucial for comprehensive ORVR compliance testing.

Durability Testing

Our tests evaluate drop/impact resistance, actuation/use cycles, temperature exposure, and life cycle durability, essential for assessing the long-term reliability and safety of marine engines and equipment under varied conditions.
