According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in their article “Compliance Reporting for Portable Fuel Containers,” compliance is an incredibly vital part of the process that should not be overlooked.
“Manufacturers must send EPA an annual warranty report summarizing successful warranty claims by emission family under §59.612, including the reason for the claim,” EPA said.
